Mushroom pizza contains cake with filling in the form of fried mushrooms weighing 40–70 g, hard cheese with weight of 40–65 g, chicken roll with weight of 40–55 g and creamy sauce with weight of 50–70 g; at that, weight of a creamy sauce per 1 kg contains: 11 %—fat cream with weight—900–1000 g; wheat flour—70–90 g; butter—50–70 g; salt weighing 2–3 g. Cheese may be sprinkled with breadcrumbs of 3–5 g and herbs. Method of mushroom pizza cooking includes mushrooms cooking and frying, their application onto the cake, addition of chicken roll, creamy sauce, cheese and breadcrumbs with subsequent temperature exposure in a conveyor furnace for 4 minutes at temperature of 500 °C.;EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance pizza organoleptic properties.;3 cl, 3 dwg
