METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPORT AND NON-SUPPORT SHOCK-ABSORBING SYSTEM OF SHIP POWER PLANT WITH VIBRATION-ACTIVE DIESEL DRIVE

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shock-absorbing systems. Installation of spring-rope vibroisolators (SRV) and toroid-shaped rope vibroisolators (TRV) is performed at design points of attachment on top strips of bearing frame. Diesel engine and generator are lowered uniformly, accurate adjustment is performed until limits are set by calculation. All support SRV are fixed. It is installed in formed design clearances between support flanges of TRV and diesel engine feet and generator of corresponding plates. Zero hardness of all TRV is checked. All TRV are fixed. A cable toroidal coupling is installed between the driving shaft of the diesel engine and the driven shaft of the generator. Driving diesel engine is aligned with energy receiver-generator. Performing vibroacoustic tests at start-up and shutdown modes, including transient operating modes, as well as operation in conditions of impact mechanical shocks. Performing processing, analysis and comparison with design data.;EFFECT: maintaining strength of engine damping system components with unsatisfactory unbalance criterion.;1 cl, 3 dwg
