FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and dairy industry. Strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus K 1903 is isolated from Yakut kumiss and used as a starter of direct introduction for preparation of fermented milk products. Strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus K 1903 is deposited in the State collection of microorganisms of the normal microflora (SCNM) of the Federal Budgetary Institution of Science of the G. N.
