Pre-condensed milk product is mixed to dry substances weight ratio of more than 58–60 %, at temperature of not more than 50 °C with vegetable powder obtained by drying ground initial raw material ground to particle size of less than 100 mcm to residual moisture content of 6–8 % at temperature, not exceeding 40 °C, as well as nutritional and processing additives. Obtained mixture is dried in conditions of biologically active substances preservation.
