A person trend recording apparatus comprising: an image acquisition unit configured to acquire moving image data obtained by capturing an image from a target area; a person detector adapted to detect and track a person staying within the target area by evaluating the moving image data; an event detector configured to detect an event that has occurred with the person during a time period of tracking the person by evaluating the moving image data; a physiological psychological index detector adapted to detect a temporal change of a physio-psychological index of the person during the tracking period, by evaluating the moving image data; and a trend record generator arranged to generate, as trend record data for the person, data in which at least one or more events that occur with the person are timed with the temporal change of the person's physio-psychological index.
