Included are a first control unit (2), which is formed from a conductor and can be operated by pressing it down; a support section (6) which is formed from an insulator and is to be fastened on a capacitive touchscreen (50), the support section (6) supporting the first operating unit (2); and an elastic member (5) housed within the support portion (6), a surface of the elastic member being non-conductive, the surface being attachable to the touch screen (50). When the first control unit (2) is pressed down, the elastic element (5) is elastically deformed and the push operation of the first control unit (2) is detected by the touch screen (50).
