A transfer case has an annular disc, a dual drive wheel hub, and a sensor plate. The annular disc has an inner circumference and an outer circumference. The outer circumference defines a plurality of teeth that protrude radially outward. The dual drive wheel hub is attached to the inner periphery of the annular disc and has an inner surface defining a bore that extends through the center of the dual drive wheel. The dual drive wheel hub has a pair of curved walls that protrude from a first axial face of the annular disc. The sensor plate protrudes from a second axial end face of the annular disc opposite the first axial end face and has a plurality of curved wall sections. The annular disc, dual drive wheel hub and sensor plate are molded together as a single part.
