Equipment for the manufacture of a fleece of material, preferably in the course of the manufacture of a press mattress for the manufacture of material plates, comprising:1.1. a dosing device (22) for the dosing of the material into a drop shaft (5),1.2. a separation roller (3) located at the other end of the drop shaft (5) for the material with a wall in rotation direction (29) of the separation roller (3) and a subsequent discard edge (26),1.3. a first spreader (27) with a guide sheet (7) to limit and at least partially guide the material of the separation roller leaving the discard edge (26),1.4 a conveyor belt (13) of the outgoing material circulating endlessly (2) to accommodate the material on the first side of the conveyor belt (2) in the first scatter zone (27); and1.5 vacuum boxes (10) on the other side of the moulding strip (2) to produce a flow of air towards the moulding band (2) in the first stratum (27).
