A pusher assembly for presenting articles on a shelf in a sales area comprises a lateral divider (100), a tray (200) for supporting articles, a pusher (400) intended to act from the rear on a row of articles, a front stop element (300) for the row of articles and an elastic means (500) for urging the pusher towards the front stop. According to the invention, the plate (200) and the separator (100) comprise in a rear region at least one breakable strip (222; 122) separated from a main part of the plate, respectively from the separator, so as to adapt the depth of the pusher assembly at a given shelf depth.
