The invention relates to a stick, the shoe (3) of which is equipped with a point (6) reversibly displaceable by means of a rod (12) slidably disposed in the tube (1), said rod having an upper end linked to a push button (9) and a lower end carrying an upper member (13) provided with a lower cam surface; a lower member (20) under which the tip (6) is associated, said lower member being provided with an upper cam surface; a first elastic constraint means of the upper member (13) in the upward direction on a reversible actuation stroke; second means for elastic constraint of the lower member (20) in the upward direction on a reversible travel of displacement of the tip (6); a housing (5) in which the members (13, 20) are slidably arranged, the cam surfaces being arranged to, on the actuating stroke of the lower cam surface, induce the displacement of the lower member (20 ).
