Under the effect of the pressure variation generated by the passage of the waves and the resulting Archimedean thrust, the divers (2) and (4) are driven by a vertical reciprocating movement transmitted to the bellows (8) and (9) which are linked to them producing the suction and the transfer of a fluid through the pipes (801), (901) and (802), (902) provided with non-return valves (803), (903).
