The tool further comprises at least one supercapacitor (14) capable of storing the electrical energy produced by the generation means, and at least one battery (17), said battery being charged by the supercapacitor (14) when the means generation (10, 11) no longer produces electrical energy. In this way, the combined use of a supercapacitor and a battery makes it possible to supply power for longer to accessories embedded on the tool or electrically connected to it.
