Article of clothing or leather goods (1) characterized in that it has at least one perforated portion intended to cover an area, such as for example a part of the body of its wearer, an accessory worn by its wearer or a body garment worn in -below, where a hole (4) is provided in said perforated portion and is delimited by a peripheral periphery and obscured by a removable cover (5), in which the peripheral periphery of the hole and the cover are provided with own complementary fasteners to cooperate together to allow attachment of said cover on said peripheral periphery and thus obscure said hole and the area covered by said perforated portion, and detachment of said cover to release said hole and thus make visible the area covered by said perforated portion.
