The invention relates to the field of land mobile robots, partially autonomous and / or remotely operated, intended to move and / or carry a load. The invention describes a land mobile robot, at least one articulation of which is provided with a motorized mechanical device making it possible to temporarily block this articulation, in order to be able to transfer all of the mechanical stresses due to the movement of the robot, or to the manipulation of a load, on this joint, without mechanical stress on its motor.
