An optimization process, and a tannery (DT) device, for optimizing batches of tanneries (LO) products, consisting of: a trading platform (CL); a multitude of distant tanneries (F1,…, Fi); computer means and software for gradation (23) of the products (1ij); IT resources and software for filtration by the grade of the stock available (25).
