A fixing device (DF) comprises a strap (LF), comprising a first end (E1) and a second end (E2) free and provided with first notches, and flexible in order to define a loop (B) partially encircling two cables ( C1-C2), and an anchoring foot (PA) to which the first end (E1) is fixedly secured, comprising a passage (PL) provided with at least one second notch housed between two first notches to prevent a retreat of the second end (E2) when the loop (B) is closed and tightly encircles the cables (C1-C2).
