A wrap around window 36; 136 extends from the 'A' pillar 14; 114 on the first side of the motor vehicle 10; 110 substantially without interruption to the 'B' pillar 16R; 116R on the second side of the motor vehicle 10; 110. In one embodiment the wrap around window 36 forms part of a top hinged door 30 that provides exceptional access to a passenger compartment when in an open, raised state.
