The invention relates to a voice alarm platform and method based on field detection, and a storage medium. The platform comprises vehicle body analysis equipment which is used for carrying out the analysis of electric vehicle bodies in a midpoint filtering image based on an electric vehicle imaging contour, so as to obtain electric vehicle sub-images where all electric vehicle bodies in the midpoint filtering image are located respectively, command triggering equipment which is used for sending out a first driving command when there is an electric vehicle sub-image of which the area proportionin the midpoint filtering image is over-limit in the midpoint filtering image, otherwise, sending out a second driving command, and voice alarm equipment which is used for playing an alarm file related to approaching of an electric vehicle when receiving the first driving command. The voice alarm platform and method based on field detection and the storage medium are safe, reliable and convenientto use. Whether an electric vehicle body approaches the front end of a vehicle is determined based on the area percentage of the electric vehicle body at the front end of the vehicle in the imaging image, thereby providing response time for judgment of a driver.
