A gardening spraying flow control device includes a gardening pipe unit 10, an electromagnetic valve assembly 20 and a controller (30, fig. 2). The electromagnetic valve assembly includes a rubber valve plate 21, a cover 22, an electromagnetic coil 23, a metal ring 24, a magnetically attractive member 25, a magnet 251 and a cap 26. The controller includes a faceplate (31), an electronic display (32), a circuit board (33), a securing bracket (34), a bottom shell (35) and a power supply box (36). Thus, the magnet is moved by the magnetic force between the first magnetic face 251A or the second magnetic face 251B of the magnet and the metal ring, such that the power supply box only needs to provide a little electric power to drive the magnetically attractive member, without having to keep the electrical connection constantly, thereby saving the electrical energy.
