An accumulator arrangement 10 is provided. The accumulator arrangement 10 comprises: an accumulator housing 12; and a flexible diaphragm 14 located within the accumulator housing 12. The flexible diaphragm 14 includes a peripheral seal region 14a that, in use, sealingly bears against an inner wall of the accumulator housing 12 and a retaining region 14b spaced from the peripheral edge of the diaphragm 14. The retaining region 14b is thus separate from the peripheral sea region 14a. The accumulator arrangement further comprises a retainer 16 cooperating with the retaining region 14d of the diaphragm 14 to clamp the retaining region 14b against the accumulator housing 12 and so secure the diaphragm 14 within the accumulator housing 12.
