An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a communication unit; a memory for storing one or more instructions; and at least one processor for performing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, wherein the at least one processor: collects content metadata and user metadata from each of multiple different servers that provide contents; acquires a content latency factor including similarity information between the contents on the basis of a characteristic of the content metadata, by means of a first learning network model; acquires a user latency factor related to user preference content information on the basis of a characteristic of the user metadata, by means of a second learning network model; acquires a score of a user preference for each of the contents on the basis of the content latency factor and the user latency factor, by means of a third learning network model; and provides a recommended content list on the basis of the score of the user preference.
