The pixel array substrate comprises: a display area, a plurality of sub-pixel areas distributed in an array being provided in the display area; a non-display area, provided at the outer peripheral side of the display area; a positioning coordinate group, comprising first positioning marks and second positioning marks, the plurality of first positioning marks being distributed at intervals in a first direction in the non-display area, and the plurality of second positioning marks being distributed at intervals in a second direction in the non-display area, first straight lines extending in the second direction and passing through the first positioning marks and second straight lines extending in the first direction and passing through the second positioning marks intersecting in the display area, and intersection points of the first straight lines and the second straight lines being provided corresponding to the sub-pixel areas; and pixel marks, provided at the intersection points of the first straight lines and the second straight lines.
