The tissue model apparatus comprises a first liquid partition for storing the liquid composition; a second liquid partition for storing the liquid composition; and a cell stack disposed between the first liquid partition and the second liquid partition as a partition between the compartments.The vessel wall model comprises a porous membrane having a honeycomb structure; a vascular endothelial cell layer disposed on one surface of the porous membrane; and a smooth muscle cell layer or an interlaminar stem cell layer disposed on the other surface of the porous membrane.The vessel wall model apparatus includes a first liquid partition for storing the liquid composition; a second liquid partition for storing the liquid composition; and a wall wall model disposed between the first liquid partition and the second liquid compartment as a partition between both compartments.The application of these models or model devices is further provided.
