The invention relates to a method for optimizing the total energy supplied to a plurality of equipment distributed in a space. This process comprises the following steps:- determine the occupancy rate of zones Zi,to collect in real time the energy consumed by each comfort equipment in each zone Zi and data representative of the level of dissatisfaction of the persons present in each zone Zi;- evaluate from these data the rate of dissatisfaction of those present,- compare the dissatisfaction rate with a predefined threshold,calculating a global setpoint Cg to optimize, ie the energy consumed locally by the comfort equipment if the estimated dissatisfaction rate is below the predefined threshold, ie the total energy supplied if the dissatisfaction rate evaluated is greater than the threshold predefined.
