PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for properly controlling a speed and a direction of the development of a specimen on an immuno-chromatographic test piece and a process by an acid reagent, a nitrite, and a neutralization reagent or an immuno-chromatographic test piece.SOLUTION: An immune-chromatographic test piece for extracting and measuring a carbohydrate antigen in a specimen, including a sample pad added with the specimen mixed with a nitrite acid or an acid solution and a labeling region including a labelling antigen labelling the antigen for the carbohydrate antigen and a detection region solidifying an antigen for the carbohydrate antigen, and allowing a composite of the antigen-the carbohydrate antigen-the labeling antigen to be formed in the detection region so as to measure the carbohydrate antigen, the immune-chromatographic test piece further having a region impregnated with a neutralization reagent upstream of the labeling region, having a region impregnated with solid acid reagent when using the specimen mixed with the nitrite in the upstream of the region impregnated with the neutralization reagent, and having the region impregnated with the nitrite when using the specimen mixed with the acid solution, the immune-chromatographic test piece allowing a resin sheet to be nipped so as to suppress the movement of the reagent or the movement of the specimen solution between both regions between the region impregnated with the solid acid reagent or the nitrite and the region impregnated with the neutralization reagent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
