A headlamp comprising: - a retaining strip; - a light source (101) located at the front of said retaining strip; - a battery (130) located at the rear of said retaining strip; characterized by a device for load balancing comprising two strands (200, 300) comprising: - a first strand (200) comprising a first (A) and a second end (B) respectively fixed on a front point (210) and a left rear point (220) of said strip; - a second strand (300) comprising a first (A ') and a second end (B') respectively fixed to a front point (310) and a left rear point (320) of said strip; - a sliding element ( 400) in which are threaded said first and second strands (200, 300) in order to bring the two strands together at a point C.
