The method involves producing a radiofrequency transponder aerial with two beginning and end terminal sections (15, 17) on a support by a wiring technique, where the support is made of tissue. An end point e.g. sewing end point, on an aerial wire is produced at the end of one of the two terminal sections or third terminal section. The material of the support is removed with respect to the end point, and a cavity (11) is formed, to eliminate the end point. The terminal sections and the end point are superimposed or produced in a support zone (11') intended to be eliminated. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising a radiofrequency transponder aerial.
