The invention relates to a simplified method for printing a substrate (200) by aerosol jet (2) comprising metal nanoparticles, the method comprising the implementation of the following successive steps: a) a step of preparing a solution comprising said metal nanoparticles, using a solution comprising at least one metal precursor of said metal nanoparticles and at least one reducing agent of the precursor (s); b) a step of generating an aerosol comprising metal nanoparticles, by continuously feeding an aerosol generating device (16) with the solution obtained in step a); c) a step of printing the substrate (200) by means of a print head (30) fed continuously by the aerosol obtained in step b).
