This research was conducted to study the court sentence No.: 9/Pid.SUS.Anak/2016/PN.Kdl. This research aims at answering the qualification of the child in conflict with law who can be returned to the parents as a treatment. This research used normative juridical method. The data used in this research was analyzed by using qualitative method. The research results indicated that the child in conflict with the law who can be returned to the parents, especially in the court sentence No.: 9/Pid.SUS.Anak/2016/PN.Kdl, should fulfil some qualifications as there is no balance between the criminal act committed with the result received by the accused, and reasons which make things easy for the accused such as the forgiveness given by the victim to the accused and value of the stolen object is under the province minimum wage.
