摘要

Emile Durkheim and The Rules of the sociological method: methodological lessons for Legal research. Against all odds, the reading of Emile Durkheim may help define the object and method of legal research. Durkheim's contribution is obvious if the focus is less on the sociological content of the text rather than on how he raises the issue of autonomy of sociology as a scientific discipline. The aim of this contribution is to show that Law can take advantage of this reflection on the autonomy of sociological knowledge.
