IMPLEMENTASI REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP SPORTIVITAS SISWA DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAKBOLA : Studi Eksperimen Di Sekolah Sepakbola PSBUM FPOK UPI Kota Bandung

Latar belakang penelitian ini karena kurangnya sportivitas siswa dalam permainan sepakbola, yang terlihat yaitu ketika siswa berlatih melakukan game uji coba, banyak siswa yang kurang bermain sportif, serta tidak adanya teguran serta peringatan kepada pemain yang kurang sportif, ditambah kurangnya mendapat apresiasi serta kebanggaan bagi pemain yang menjunjung tinggi sportivitas dalam permainan sepakbola, sehingga dalam penelitian ini penulis menerapkan reward dan punishment pada siswa saat melakukan permainan sepakbola, agar mampu memupuk sportivitas siswa di dalam maupun di luar lapangan. Yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan reward dan punishment memiliki pengaruh terhadap sportivitas siswa dalam permainan sepakbola di SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest and posttest control grup design. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini di SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI yang terdiri dari: (1) kelompok umur 8-10 tahun, (2) kelompok umur 10-12 tahun (3) kelompok umur 12-15 tahun (4) kelompok umur 16-18 tahun. Peneliti mengambil sampel kelompok umur 10-12 tahun dengan sampel 22 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan reward dan punishment berpengaruh terhadap sportivitas siswa dalam permainan sepakbola. Data hasil penelitian kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji T. Beradasarkan uji T, nilai sig. t hitung (4,15) > t tabel (2,721) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment dalam pembelajaran sepakbola terhadap tingkat sportivitas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa melalui reward dan punishment siswa mampu menjunjung tinggi sportivitas dalam permainan sepakbola di SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI. Rekomendasi yang dapat penulis kemukakan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini adalah bagi para pelatih SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI dan pembaca pada umumnya agar menerapkan reward dan punishment kepada seluruh siswa untuk mendidik sikap sportivitas siswa dalam permainan sepakbola.udududThe background of this research due to the lack of sportsmanship in the game of football student , is seen that when students learn to do a trial game , a lot of students who do not play sport, and the lack of appreciation for the player who got upholds the values of sportsmanship in the game of football, so in this study the authors implement reward and punishment on students when the game of football, it is the hope that fosters sportsmanship on students in the game of football.udThe purpose of this research is to know whether the application of rewards and punishments have an influence on students' sportsmanship in the game of football in SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI Bandung. The method used in this study is experimental. The study design used was a pretest and posttest control group design. As for the population in this study in SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI consisting of : ( 1 ) age group 8-10 years, ( 2 ) the age group 10-12 years ( 3 ) the age group 12-15 years ( 4 ) 16 age group -18 years. Researchers took samples of the age group of 10-12 years with a sample of 22 people. The instrument used in this study is the observation. The results showed that t ( 4.15 ) > t table ( 2.721 ) which means that there is a significant effect of reward and punishment in the application of learning to the level of sportsmanship student football. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of reward and punishment can significantly affect students' sportsmanship in the game of football in SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI . Recommendations to authors put forward with regard to the results of this study are for the SSB PSBUM FPOK UPI coaches and readers in general to implement reward and punishment to all students to develop the students' attitude of sportsmanship in the game of football.
