The purpose of this study is to determine (1) differences influence Aerobic interval training udmethod and anaerobic intervals to decrease blood sugar levels pre-diabetic. (2) Differences udin the results of decreased blood sugar levels between men and women pre-diabetic. (3) udEffect of interaction between aerobic interval training method anaerobic intervals, with udboth men and women to decrease blood sugar levels pre-diabetic. ud udThis research uses laboratory experimental method pre and post test design. The udpopulation in this study was heart-healthy exercise participants Manahan Surakarta. They udwere 60 people, 30 men and 30 women aged 40-60 years. Sampling technique in this study udconducted with purposive random sampling. Fasting blood sugar examination by means of udthe Easy Touch ET Cgu Model: 301 LE.0197. Of the 60 people sampled population 24 udpeople, 12 men and 12 women who had fasting blood glucose 100-125 or blood sugar udlevels as 140-144 mg / dl. Exercise program for 6 weeks to 3 times a week, 6 men and 6 udwomen with anaerobic interval training, 6 men and 6 women with aerobic interval training. udAll the samples examined blood sugar levels before and after the exercise program. The uddata analysis technique used was analysis of variance two-lane with 2 x 2 factorial design udfollowed by Newman Keuls. ud udBased on research results obtained conclusions are as follows (1) There is a difference udbetween the effect of aerobic interval training and anaerobic interval, from analysis of data udshowed F0 = 13.11 > Ft = 4.35. (2) There is a difference in the results of decreased blood udsugar levels between men and women. From the analysis of data showed F0 = 7.48 > = ud4.35 Ft. (3) There is the influence of the interaction between aerobic and anaerobic training udmethods with male and female. From the analysis of data showed Fo = 7.01> = 4.35 Ft. udThe conclusions of the study are, anaerobic interval training and aerobic interval can uddecrease blood sugar levels pre-diabetic.
