Προσδιορισμός τιμών αναφοράς γλυκόζης ορού, γλυκιωμένης αιμοσφαιρίνης αίματος και μικροαλβουμίνης ούρων σε φυσιολογικά άτομα και σε ασθενείς με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, διαβητική αμφιβληστροειδοπάθεια και διαβητική νεφροπάθεια στην Περιφέρεια Θεσσαλίας

摘要

The aim of this study was double. To adapt a competitiveimmunoturbidimetric assay for the determination of glycated hemoglobin (HbAic)to an automated analyzer and to produce the reference values for serum glucose,HbAic and urine microalbumin, based on a representative sample of thepopulation of Thessaly. We also examined a group of diabetic patients to see thecontrol of their glycemia. Results from this study showed that the adapted methodhad an excellent agreement in comparison to the HPLC method (reference method)and so it can be used to provide an accurate and rapid tool for the routinedetermination of HbAic- The reference values we produced were close -yet hadsome differences- to the ones mentioned in the references, while the group of thediabetics showed that the patients in Thessaly do not share the appropriateglycemic control.
