The report was written specifically for Project Care Coalition members who design and carry out plans to meet the needs of the frail elderly in their communities. It stimulates ideas by giving examples of how volunteers have donated time to a variety of programs and gives suggestions on how to locate volunteers through linkages with national voluntary organizations (NVOs).
