Reintroductions and translocations of gray wolves and red wolves were reviewed to evaluate the possibility of reintroducing gray wolves to the Greater Yellowstone area, central Idaho, and other areas of the United States mentioned in recovery plans, and to evaluate athe feasibility of wolf translocation as a management action with problem wolves.
