Using Supplemental Environmental Projects to Facilitate Brownfields Redevelopment

This fact sheet describes how EPA encourages the use of Supplemental211u001eEnvironmental Projects (SEPs) in the settlement of environmental enforcement 211u001eactions. Using SEPs to assess or clean up Brownfields properties is an effective 211u001eway to enhance the environmental quality and economic vitality of areas in which 211u001ethe enforcement actions were necessary.
