During the latter part of December a two-way pulse test was conducted between South Dartmouth and Greencastle, Indiana. The prime purpose of the test was an attempt to measure the diurnal variation in scatter mode transmission time. A considerable amount of reliable data was obtained which, on analysis, failed to show the existence of any diurnal variation in transmission time.
