Program for Improvement in Financial Management in the Area of Appropriations for Acquisition and Construction of Military Real Property

The Directive establishes the basic policies for the development of planned programs by the Department of Defense for the improvement of financial management in the area of appropriations for acquisition and construction of military real property and for preparation of specific time schedules for completion of such programs, in conformity with Bureau of the Budget Bulletin 57-5, dated October 10, 1956.
