The report is a user's manual for,and a short description of, a FORTRAN V computer program for the calculation of the coordination contour around an international or domestic satellite earth station. It is a modification of a program written by the Department of Commerce,Office of Telecommunications,with modifications to meet the needs of users throughout the telecommunications industry. The program is a computerization of the procedure outlined in Appendix 28of the Final Acts of the World Administrative Radio Conference for Space Telecommunications (WARC-ST),which regulates the international coordination of an earth station,and of the similar procedure outlined in Part 25of the FCC Rules and Regulations,which regulates the domestic coordination of an earth station.
