SATELLITE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RECEIVING EARTH STATION AND COMMUNICATION SATELLITE CONVERSION METHOD, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH IMPROVING CONVERSION METHOD OF COMMUNICATION SATELLITE IN SATELLITE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING DATA THROUGH NON GEOSTATIONARY SATELLITE BETWEEN EARTH STATIONS
PURPOSE: A receiving earth station is provided to delay one of 2-system time markers, and to read 2-system receiving data from buffer memories based on the delayed time marker to synchronize the read data, thereby suppressing a data overlap or an instant data interception generated before and after a conversion of a communication satellite when the conversion is conducted. CONSTITUTION: 2-system time marker extractors(50A,50B) are used that a receiving earth station can extract time markers from 2-system receiving data. 2-system buffer memories(51A,51B) are used to write the 2-system receiving data based on the extracted time markers. A time marker delay unit(56) delays one of the 2-system time markers. A reader reads the 2-system receiving data from each of the buffer memories(51A,51B) based on the delayed time marker. A converter(36) converts the read 2-system receiving data, and outputs the converted data.
