摘要

PCNU,in doses of 1.5, 2.5,and 3.0mg/kg was given intravenously to healthy beaglehounds over a period of 15minutes. Parameters of cardiovascular function were monitored during two control periods and at 5, 20, 40,and 60minutes after termination of infusion. Although mean systemic arterial pressure fell in 2dogs and cardiac output fell significantly in dogs receiving the lowest dose of PCNU,this compound produced no potentially serious acute cardiovascular alterations. In response to the reduction in cardiac output,systemic vascular resistance increased so that mean systemic arterial pressure did not change with statistical significance. T-waves became of significantly greater amplitudes in leads aVF and V3in dogs receiving PCNU. These changes occurred at the 5minute recording and were sustained for the entire 60minute period of surveillance.
