Failure at Parkside: A Labor-Management Quality of Work Life Project in a Hospital Setting

The report presents the findings of the Parkside Hospital Quality of Work Life Project. The origins of the project are described and the quality of work life intervention design is discussed. A condensed history of the project activities is presented. The major methods used in the research effort, including observations, questionnaires, interviews, and retrieval of archival data are described.
