Groundwater Use Management in the Northeastern States: Legal and Institutional Issues

摘要

The purposes of the conference were to provide a forum for exchanging information on legal and institutional problems involving groundwater shortages in the Northeastern states; and to identify policy issues which commonly emerge in relation to the legal and institutional aspects of groundwater management. Publication of a proceedings which could serve as a reference document on legal and institutional concerns in groundwater management in the Northeast represented a third purpose for the conference.
