Social Policy Research: Texas Chicano Mental Health

摘要

The Texas state mental health service delivery system was studied to: (1) determine its effectiveness in providing services to Mexican Americans; (2) assess the concept of the community mental health center and of the state system's implementation of P.L. 94-63 as it relates to the Mexican American population; (3) develop policy and program alternatives which will enhance the use of the state mental health service delivery system by Mexican Americans.
