International Religious Freedom Report, 2013: San Marino

The constitution and other laws and policies protect religious freedom and, in practice, the government generally respected religious freedom. There were no reports of societal abuses or discrimination based on religious affiliation, belief, or practice. During periodic visits to the country, U.S. government officials raised religious freedom with government and civil society leaders and offered them opportunities to participate in programs addressing religious freedom.
