The present invention relates to a system for supporting an electronic appraisal based on international valuation standards (IVS) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and an asset appraisal method using the same. The asset appraisal method using the system for supporting an electronic appraisal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: connecting to a user terminal via a network; identifying whether a user connected through the user terminal is a certified user or appraiser; receiving basic information of an asset appraisal object through the user terminal; receiving external environment information on the asset appraisal object from the user terminal or an external environment information server; determining basic items of the asset appraisal object using the basic information and the external environment information; converting appraisal parameters using the external environment information; and calculating an appraised value of the asset appraisal object according to an appraisal report or a written opinion on appraisal value estimation using the external environment information and the appraisal parameters. According to the present invention, a user can have appraisals on nationwide and large-scale assets online conveniently and quickly, receive quarterly, semiannual, and annual updates, and receive objective evaluation factors of a certified appraiser through interactive communications with the certified appraiser, so it is possible to perform a more accurate appraisal of assets.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
