THOM’S THEOREM FOR GANACH SPACES LEIF ARKEYD

摘要

A generalization of Thom's Theorem in elementary catastrophe theory to a Banach space setting is presented. The main result is the openness and density in the Whitney topology among unfoldings with all singularities of Fredholm type with only elementary catastrophes.
