Survey of the Activities Concerning Sensitivity Test Methods for Explosives

A survey of sensitivity test methods for explosives as used by an explosion safety laboratory is presented. The survey includes sensitivity methods regarding impact, friction, sparks, hot surfaces, and the importance and applications of critical hot spot size theory.
