On-Line Design Rule Checker

摘要

An on-line design rule checker for the interactive layout editors ISLE and CM was developed. It can check a layout consisting of paraxial rectangles for width and spacing violations. Error messages are immediately reported to the designer, detected errors are also stored in error lists. The checker can also be used off-line.
