Inverse Spectral Transform for the 2 + 1-Dimensional Gardner Equation

The 2 + 1-dimensional integrable generalization of the Gardner equation is solvedby the inverse spectral transform method. Wide classes of exact solutions are constructed explicitly by the delta bar dressing method. They are the rational solutions, including the decaying and plane lumps solutions, with functional parameters and plane solitons.
